No. Every walkthrough is built from photos you already have, so there's no filming day and no dates to block out.
We'll tell you before we start. Either you send the missing photo, or we plan the route around that room so the video doesn't imply something we can't show.
It helps but isn't required. With a plan we follow the real layout exactly. Without one, we work out the order of rooms from your photos and check it with you.
A single property is usually delivered within five working days of us receiving everything. Larger batches are scheduled with you up front.
The prices above are starting prices. Larger or more complex properties can cost more, and we always confirm the price before we start.
